Cancelling an Order
Our orders are processed immediately upon being received and we are unable to refund or cancel orders that have already shipped out.
In general, we do not accept returns for party supplies and personalized accessories. If you have a problem with an item received in your order, you must contact us within two days of receipt. If the product is defective, it will be replaced or a credit will be issued. If the problem was caused by an error by TheUltimatePartyStore.com, we will correct the problem at no extra cost to you. If the problem was caused by an error by the customer, we will do what we can to fix the problem, but extra charges may apply.
If we agree to accept your return and you have received your RMA number, please include the following information along with your merchandise to be returned. The customer is responsible for all return freight and we reserve the right to impose a re-stocking fee of 30%.
• Copy of the original invoice;
• A copy of the return authorization email;
• A letter with the reason for the return
• Write the RMA Number on the outside of the box. Any packages without the RMA number on the box will be refused at the warehouse.
